1. Yes, We're still mercs
2. We'll still accept contracts against AAA and their bloc. Once the dust settles in Providence there will be a lot of resetting all around, should be very fun to watch.

I do not use API for security and cultural reasons (it's lazy). The losses you referred to were posted shortly after they happened, and can be viewed here and here so I'm really not sure what that troll is trying to say

It was an armor fleet and my armor falcon cant tank like a Sacrilege? As for the jammers, it's cap stable w all T2 so i picked whichever one was cheaper at the time. Efficiency brah ;)
And i went w that sub sys because of all the + low slot ones it has a lower sig radius. That Tengu fit tanks like a champ, I'd fly it again and stand by it.

Is there any sort of boot camp for this campany?
Im new to the game, but wish I could join you guys to learn how to play pvp in this game.If it isnt a issue.
We have had an academy before but it's not staffed up right now. Unless you have a strong reference from an established Noir. member you're going to have to get training elsewhere. I personally recommend Agony Unleashed very highly.
I do want to get the Academy going again soon but it's a matter of finding someone willing to be a full time trainer. They're hard to find and/or extort.

We do take some small stuff, partic on the surveilence and POS hitting side. We love 0.0 though, and we'll only wardec corps or alliances larger than NMG.'s current member count.
